The story of Siviero Maria began in 1958, when Guglielmo Visani created an GELATO, that authentic, handmade Italian ice cream, which he named in honor of his wife, Maria. Born in Romagna, he wanted the old recipes and methods of preparing traditional Italian ice cream to be kept and passed on. And he succeeded. Even today, after more than half a century, Siviero Maria gelato boxes are filled by hand, to keep their creamy consistency and each box is unique, because the decoration is done by hand by master ice cream makers.

Lemon flavored gelato contains lemon juice from Sicily. Gluten free.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice (4%), fructose-rich corn syrup, coconut oil, skim milk, milk protein, lactose, citric acid, mono and diglycerides, sugar esters, acids fats, propylene glycol alginate, guar gum, natural and artificial flavors.
