Ingredients: Ice cream: water, sugar, coconut vegetable fat, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, lactose, milk proteins, dextrose, pineapple (1%), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabilizers (guar gum, carob seed gum, starch, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, psyllium fibers, wheat fibers), acidifier (citric acid), rum flavor. Raisin sauce (19%): prepared with raisins 10% (sugar, water, raisins 30%, modified starch, acidifier: citric acid, flavors), glucose syrup, water, sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch, extract raisins, colorings (caramel, carmine, carotene), iodized salt, preservative (potassium sorbate), flavors. 

Allergens: lactose, gluten.

Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 189kcal, fat 6.3g of which saturated fatty acids 5.4g, carbohydrates 31g of which sugars 28.7g, fiber 0.2g, protein 1.8g, salt 0.2g.
