Description

To obtain €œLa Chinata€� paprika (sweet, bittersweet or spicy), the best red peppers are chosen from the La Vera area. After a rigorous control of the raw material, the peppers are cleaned, ground and prepared for drying. Then they are passed through a milling process with granite stones, until they reach the optimal consistency, after which they are preserved in optimal conditions until packaging. The drying process of the peppers is a traditional one, it lasts 15 days and is obtained by burning wood oak. La Chinata smoked paprika is popular all over the world and gives a special taste to a lot of recipes and dishes, such as sausages (the famous Spanish Chorizo), barbecued ribs, marinated meat, beef goulash, seafood, paella, popcorn flavored, fresh or dry colored pasta, spicy potatoes, ham rolls, sauces or even decorating plates.

 

Ingredients: 100% smoked paprika.

Keep in a dry and cool place, at room temperature.
