- Teflon tray Zenker pizza, black metallic, diameter 32 cm
- Classic Teflon non-stick coating to avoid sticking the preparation to the tray; resistance to temperatures up to 230˚C
- Before the first use, wash the tray very well; grease the tray well before placing the dough
- Use the glove / gloves when removing the tray from the oven to avoid burns
- After use, leave the tray for 10 minutes to cool and stabilize the non-stick coating
- Use only non-abrasive sponges, wooden or silicone utensils and dishwashing detergents
- Wash only by hand, being incompatible with the dishwasher
- Can be used in electric or gas ovens; not in the microwave
