Description
Obtained by drying and processing the root of the tropical shrub called cassava, tapioca is the starch resulting from this process. It does not contain gluten, is easily digested and contains a significant amount of carbohydrates. By boiling in water or milk, its consistency becomes similar to that of gelatin, easily used in the preparation of fruit desserts or quick cooling dishes with vegetables.
Ingredients: Tapioca starch.
