Description

It is called balsamic because of the oak barrels in which the grape must is kept and left to mature. These give the vinegar a dark color and an intense, specific taste. The vinegar comes from the Modena area, Italy, known for the production of balsamic vinegar all over the world. It is used as a dressing for a multitude of recipes and preparations, from salads, to steaks, vegetables or even ice cream.

 

Ingredients: Wine vinegar, boiled grape must, coloring E150d. Contains sulfites.

Energy value: 352 kj/82 kcal. Fats: 0,1g of which saturated fatty acids: 0g. Carbohydrates: 15g of which sugars: 15g; Protein: 0,7g, Salt: 0,07g.
