Pietro Coricelli extra virgin olive oil is produced from the best ripe olives in the Mediterranean Basin.

These olives are selected by Pietro Coricelli specialists for their special characteristics: special taste, delicate scent, full-bodied, minimal acidity (maximum 0.4%).

This results in an olive oil recommended to be used raw.

It is ideal for salads, but at the same time it is recommended for meat or fish and other recipes that require a delicate dressing.

It is a superior category oil obtained by cold pressing from olives carefully selected according to the degree of ripening. Produced with oils originating from the European community.

At a temperature lower than 10°C, the oil solidifies. This is normal and the oil will clear when heated. This process does not affect the quality of the oil.
