From 40 L of juice is obtained by boiling 1 L of maple syrup. It will make preservatives and dyes. No food additives. It can replace sugar or honey. It can be used as a dressing for food (steaks, sauces, side dishes, salads) and as a sweetener for desserts (pancakes, cakes, cakes, ice cream).
