Description

Dr. Oetker 4-color liquid paint for 60 Carmin eggs, 20g

The box contains: four envelopes with liquid paint, a pair of household gloves. The paint is not toxic.

Ingredients: Water, dyes azorubin E122, tartrazine E102, bright blue FCF E133 and yellow orange S E110, acidifiers lactic acid E270 and citric acid E330.

How to use: Wash and degrease the eggs with dishwashing detergent, then rinse well and simmer over low heat so as not to break. Eggs do not boil in the paint! You will get great colors using white eggs. Detach each envelope using scissors. Carefully pour 1.5ml of boiling water into a 700l bowl, then empty the contents of the sachet and mix well. Add 5 tablespoons of 9 degree vinegar.

Warning: Vinegar is very important in fixing the color on the eggshell. If the vinegar used has a concentration of less than 9 degrees, increase the amount of vinegar added. Immerse as many boiled eggs in the paint solution as they can to be completely covered with liquid, then let them rest until the desired shade is obtained (2-4 minutes). Remove with a spoon.
The eggs are left to dry on a paper towel. If desired, the eggs can be greased with a little fat or oil. This way they will get a special shine.
