Description

Dr. Oetker Liquid red paint for 30 carmine eggs, 5g

The box contains: an envelope with liquid paint, a pair of household gloves.

Ingredient: Water, dyes: azorubin E122; acidifiers: lactic acid E270 and citric acid E330.

Instructions for use: wash and degrease the eggs with dishwashing detergent, then rinse well and simmer over low heat, taking care not to break. Eggs do not boil in the paint! You will get great colors using white eggs. Carefully pour 1.5ml of boiling water into a 700l bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of 9 degree vinegar. Cut the corner of the paint envelope with scissors, empty the contents over the hot water from the pot and mix well. Attention: vinegar is very important in fixing the color on the eggshell. If the vinegar used has a concentration of less than 9 degrees, increase the amount of vinegar added. Immerse as many boiled eggs in the paint solution as they can to be completely covered by the liquid, then let it rest until the desired shade is obtained (2-4 minutes). Remove with a spoon. The eggs are left to dry on a paper towel. If desired, the eggs can be greased with a little fat or oil. This way they will get a special shine.

Storage and / or storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
