Freixenet Italian Rose is a delicate blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, carefully selected from the best Italian vineyards.
In terms of tasting notes, this sparkling wine has an interesting taste, dominated by notes of red berries and underlying notes of white flowers and apples. The producers recommend consuming the wine Freixenet Italian Rose along with crustaceans, desserts or as a sophisticated appetizer at important life events.
Vinification is a special one regarding this wine. Glera and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested during sunrise, being lightly pressed to capture the delicate tone and aroma of the fruit. They are fermented at a low temperature to favor the most fragrant aromas. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
