This sparkling wine is produced with indigenous Glera and international Pinot Noir grapes. The terroir and the climatic conditions guarantee the production of a unique wine that undergoes a second fermentation by the Charmat method in steel autoclaves for 60 days, in order to maintain freshness and create the characteristic fine and persistent perlage.

Pasqua Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry is a wine with a delicate pink color. It is light and refreshing, with strong aromas of fruits such as apple and pear, with hints of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by yeast and bread crust. To the taste, it is pleasant and harmonious and presents a lively perlage and persistent foam. It is a delicious appetizer, but it is excellent to accompany seafood, especially clams and mussels, or light cheeses.
