A pale pink, sparkling sparkling wine. The lively, persistent perlage offers floral olfactory notes, such as those of white and red flowers, fruity notes of apple, pear, but also red fruits - strawberry and raspberry. The taste is pleasant, fresh, harmonious.
A rose that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or next to an aperitif in general, but it is equally suitable for fish-based dishes.
