Ingredients: Mint, senna and black tea leaves (Mentha piperita, Cassia angustifolia, Camellia sinensis), Hibiscus flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Golden rod (Solidago virga-aurea), Leustean root (Levisticum officinale).

2 cups a day, morning and evening, unsweetened and not associated with food.
If the laxative effect is too intense, reduce the dose to 1 cup a day or every 2 days, in the evening, depending on the person's digestive tolerance.
