A traditional local recipe, Banateanul is a taste obtained with a ratio of 137 g of meat to 100 g of finished product. It is fermented and matured for at least 21 days to complete.
From the first contact with the texture of the meat, you will notice a delicate aroma of red pepper mixed with aromatic herbs, which causes a special gourmet sensation. For quick meals, choose the already sliced version.
Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, spices (mustard), flavors, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), hemoglobin powder, starter culture, preservative (sodium nitrite). Made from raw-dried meat. Product packed in a protective atmosphere.
Allergens: Contains mustard. May contain traces of soy, celery, milk and lactose.
