Ingredients: pork (from the EU), bacon, salt, sugars, spices, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.
Sliced ​​product, after removing the noble mold membrane, packed in a controlled atmosphere.
May contain traces of: soy, lactose, mustard.

Storage conditions: temperature + 2°C ... + 14°C; humidity: max. 75%. After opening, keep at max. +6 °C and to be consumed in max. 48 hours.
