Description

Dried raw meat product with spicy taste, in inedible artificial membrane. The product does not contain: added sodium monoglutamate, gluten, artificial colors, starch and MDM. Dimensioned at 350 gr and packaged in a controlled atmosphere.

Ingredient: Pork; bacon; soy vegetable protein; salt; spices and condiment extracts; sugars: dextrose, maltodextrin, sugar, preservative: sodium nitrite, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; natural dye: carmine; hydrolyzed vegetable proteins, starter cultures.

Allergens: soy.

Energy value 1990 kJ / 481 kcal, Fat 45 g of which: saturated fatty acids 17.5 g, Carbohydrates 1.1 g of which: sugars 0.2 g Protein 18 g Salt 5.6 g.

Free of sodium monoglutamate, gluten, artificial colors, starch and MDM.

Store temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.
