Whole grain flour from controlled organic farming.
Wholemeal flour is obtained by grinding 100% of wheat grains, due to the use of unique and high-performance technologies. By grinding the whole grain of wheat, all the nutrients of the product are preserved: minerals, vitamins, fibers, amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids. It can be used to prepare homemade bread, or for other bakery or even pastry products.
Average nutritional values / 100g: Energy value 1589KJ / 376KCAL; 2g fat, of which 0,6g saturated fatty acids; carbohydrates 71g, of which 1 g sugar; fiber 13g; protein 12g; salt 2,5 mg.
Allergens: contains gluten, may contain traces of soy.
