Bitter chocolate for cakes and desserts. Chocolate contains at least 50% cocoa dry matter.

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, low-fat cocoa powder, vegetable fat (palm, shea), emulsifier (SOY lecithin), flavor.

Allergens Contains soy. May contain traces of peanuts, nuts, milk, gluten, eggs.

Nutritional information for 100g product: Energy value 2214 kj / 532 kcal, Fats-Lipids 33 g, of which saturated fatty acids 21 g, Carbohydrates-Carbohydrates 49 g, of which sugars 46 g, Sodium-Salt 002 g, Proteins 55 g.

Shelf life: Preferably consumed before the date marked on the package.

Storage and / or storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place, protected from sunlight.

Suggestions for use and / or precautions: Melting Kandia chocolate in a steam bath (Bain-Marie): in a heat-resistant bowl, break the chocolate bar into pieces, then place the bowl on top of another larger bowl with boiling water. Stir for 3 minutes until the chocolate has completely melted. Careful! Avoid contact of chocolate with water drops.
