Description
Fructose is recommended as a dietary supplement for people with diabetes and athletes, with a lower glycemic index than starchy foods. The sweetening effect is stronger than that of sugar, in this way the energy intake can be reduced by using a smaller amount of fructose. It can be used for baking and cooking, just like caster sugar.
