(670 mg); marine magnesium * 45% (145 mg); shiitake (Lentinula edodes) - extract with 30% polysaccharides from mycelium (12 mg); fig (Ficus carica) - fruit (12 mg); nettle (Urtica dioica) -extract 10: 1 from the root (12 mg); vitamin D3 * (cholecalciferol) (1 µg); filler: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

* One tablet provides 220 mg of elemental calcium (27,5% of VNR *) along with 87 mg of elemental magnesium (23% of VNR *) and 1 µg (40 IU) of vitamin D3 (20% of VNR **) .

The maximum daily dose provided is 1320 mg of elemental calcium (165% of VNR *) along with 522 mg of elemental magnesium (138% of VNR *) and 6 µg (240 IU) of vitamin D3 (120% of VNR **) .
