Description
Dr. Oetker Cream for cakes with chocolate, truffles and rum taste 57g
Suitable for any type of cakes and pies. It is prepared with cold milk and sugar, without boiling. The cream is consistent, light and has an intense taste.
Ingredients: Cocoa with low fat content (10-12% cocoa butter), glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable fats, modified potato starch, food gelatin, mono and diglyceride emulsifiers and their acetic ester, milk proteins, flavors, dipotassium phosphate stabilizer, caramelized sugar, maltodextrins, tricalcium phosphate anti-caking agent.
Allergens: milk and milk derivatives. May contain traces of hazelnuts and barley.
Nutritional information per 100g product: Energy value 727 kJ / 172 kcal; Fats 6.9 g, of which 5.4 g saturated fatty acids; Carbohydrates 22.9 g, of which 18 g sugars; Salt 0.13 g; Protein 4.5 g
Shelf life: Preferably consumed before the date on the package.
Storage and / or storage conditions: Store in a dry and cool place.
Preparation: Pour 250 ml of cold milk (from the refrigerator) into a tall bowl. Attention: fresh milk must first be boiled and cooled! Pour the contents of the sachet over the milk and add 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Mix with the mixer on low speed at first, then beat for 4 minutes on high speed. A consistent cream is obtained. The cream thus prepared is used for filling cakes (up to 24 cm in diameter) and cakes, which will be kept in the fridge until serving.
