Other information: Store at: +2 degrees C-+8 degrees C. Preparation: in a pan: Heat a little fat or oil at medium temperature and fry the cheese for about 2 minutes on each side. In the grill: heat the oil to 160 degrees C. fry the cheese for about 1 and a half minutes, until the color becomes golden and the cheese rises to the surface.
