Ingredients: Grifica flour (common wheat, durum wheat and corn). May contain traces of eggs.
Allergens: gluten, eggs.
Preparation instructions: boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package, stirring lightly from time to time. Rinse with a little cold water and then strain. Serve as is or with various additions. The chefs recommend the ratio: 10 liters of WATER / 75g SALT / 1 kg PASTA (for about 12 servings).
