Way of ussage:
Wash your hands, twist the open tampon wrapper according to the arrow instructions, then pull down the bottom of the wrapper.
Press with the tip of your index finger at the base of the swab and then remove the rest of the package.
With your free hand, gently keep your lips apart. The vaginal opening is located between the urethra and the anus.
Relax! Slightly slide the tampon up and back as far as possible into the vagina. If you feel resistance, you can try to easily steer.
If you can still feel the tampon, insert it a little further. Once the tampon has reached the right place in the middle of your vagina, you will not feel it.
Wash your hands again.
