Other information: Store at -18 degrees Celsius until written on the package. Thaw the eggplants and let them drain. Put them in a bowl and add oil or mayonnaise, mixing with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous paste. You can add, to taste, finely chopped onion, pepper and salt.
