Pick winter salami is a raw-dried, matured and smoked pork product, packed in an inedible artificial membrane.

Ingredients: pork, pork bacon, salt, spices, sugar, preservative (sodium nitrite). Gluten free, soy free, lactose free, flavor enhancer.

100 g of pork were used to make 159 g of product. Moisture is lost through the maturation process.
