The assortment is matured in French oak barriques for a period of 6 months, during which it develops a complex character and finalizes its aromatic bouquet. The wine has four international medals in its record and conquers with the honesty of the taste. Culinarily, Pinot Grigio de Purcari goes well with fresh vegetables, light appetizers, hard cheeses, sushi, raw fish or seafood. The optimal serving temperature is 10-12 "ƒ.
