The story of Siviero Maria began in 1958, when Guglielmo Visani created an GELATO, that authentic, handmade Italian ice cream, which he named in honor of his wife, Maria. Born in Romagna, he wanted the old recipes and methods of preparing traditional Italian ice cream to be kept and passed on. And he succeeded. Even today, after more than half a century, Siviero Maria gelato boxes are filled by hand, to keep their creamy consistency and each box is unique, because the decoration is done by hand by master ice cream makers.

Italian caramel ice cream with caramel syrup (12%) and caramel flavored chocolate decorations (2.5%).

Ingredients: Rehydrated skim milk, sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, water, butter, fructose glucose syrup, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, colorant: alkali-sulfite caramel, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides ale fatty acids and soy lecithin, thickeners: sodium alginate, carob gum, pectin and xanthan gum, spices, natural vanilla flavor, flavors.

Allergens: milk, soy. May contain traces of eggs, nuts and hazelnuts.
