The jams can be easily prepared by adding 500g of 2: 1 gelling sugar to 1 kg of fresh fruit. There is no need to add preservatives, because sugar is a natural food preservative.
Ingredients: sugar, acidifier - citric acid, gelling agent - apple pectin, vegetable oil (palm, coconut).
