It is a mixture of dehydrated vegetables ideal for preparing soups and broths. Use 2 tablespoons for 1 liter of soup.

Ingredients: Carrot 37-44%, parsnip 37-44%, leek 3-7%, parsley leaves 3-7%, onion 1-4%, celery leaves 0.5-2%, tomato flakes 0.5-2%.

May contain traces of mustard, sesame
