Reinert Ham Forest Black 100g

Black Forest ham has been produced for hundreds of years in the Black Forest according to old traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. The specific taste of this ham is given especially by smoking with softwood from the Black Forest. Raw-dry specialty, smoked with natural softwood smoke.

Ingredients: pork leg, salt, dextrose, sugar, spice extract, hardening agent (potassium chloride), preservatives (potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite) and ripening culture. Product without membrane, packed in a protective atmosphere.

Allergens: May contain traces of: soy, milk protein, celery, mustard, gluten, lactose.
