Aligoté is a wine representative of the vineyard with a greenish yellow color, rarely straw yellow, it is preferred as a young wine, when the note of fresh, clean and refreshing imposes it. It is always produced as a dry wine and is characterized by an alcoholic strength and moderate acidity, with a Dobrogean earthy taste, full and slightly bitter.
It goes well with white meat dishes, especially fatty fish, but also with various appetizers.
