Chardonnay de Purcari is a sophisticated and complex wine, obtained from carefully selected grapes, harvested by hand and vinified by a traditional method. The assortment is matured for a period of 6 months in French oak barrels, where it develops a sophisticated character. Although it is a rather complex assortment, the wine benefits from an excellent aromatic balance. The optimum serving temperature is 10-12 ° С, as an appetizer or with fresh cheeses, raw salads or fish dishes.
Smell: Intense notes of exotic fruits, wrapped in floral accents. Taste: A captivating, opulent bouquet, dominated by almond flavors and warm notes of vanilla. Aftertaste: Long and nuanced. Color: Light gold, with amber tones.
