Asti Martini is a sparkling wine that is produced only in the Asti area of ​​Italy, having won the highest classification for Italian wines. Made by the Martinotti method, which dates from 1895, it is the result of a strictly controlled fermentation process, which guarantees a perfect quality and preserves the natural sweetness of Moscato Bianco grapes. Only the most vigorous bunches of grapes from the heart of the Asti region are selected for the preparation process. In Asti Martini there is a rich harmony of flavors complemented by subtle influences brought by the notes of pears, green apple and peaches, thus giving this wine a light, delicious, fruity taste.

These Martinis can be served as an aperitif before a meal or after you finish your meal, to crown the multitude of flavors enjoyed. Because it is a fairly fine and slightly aromatic wine, do not associate it with heavy dishes that have strong tastes. Salads, simply cooked poultry, seafood, fish and fruit sweets are ideal when you want to enjoy a glass of Asti Martini.

Appearance: pale yellow with greenish inflections. Bright, effervescent, with fine, persistent pearl

Smell: Extremely strong, full of freshness, floral and fruity (shock, green apples, pears, apricots), with citrus accents.

Taste: Light taste, very fresh, almost crispy as a perception, strongly fruity (intense, grapefruit and lemon, and subtle apricot and green apples), a very good acidity, a little full-bodied, with a final taste that leaves a sensation sweetened fruit plate.

Culinary combination: To be eaten very, very cold in the hot season, or served as an appetizer before meals. We also recommend it next to seafood dishes (cuttlefish, crayfish, shrimp, white wine mussels), prepared with sweet sauces based on exotic fruits, or with main dishes of lean fish meat, grilled, garnished with sauteed vegetables and the same types of sauces (sweet).
