Ingredients: pork pulp, bacon, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), natural spices, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture.
Nutritional values / 100g product: energy value 1972 kj / 476kcal 100g of which: fats 39.46g, saturated fatty acids 16.15g, carbohydrates 0.54g, sugars 0.36g, protein 29.19g, salt 5.85g.
Other information: Raw-dried meat product with mold. Product matured for 70 days.
Packing method: vacuum.
To keep the temperature of: + 8-14oC.
Natural beech wood smoke was used to smoke this product.
