Telemeaua maintains its freshness best in brine. in each living box you will find two small wheels of fresh and refreshing Telemea sheep. What you will do with them is your decision: you can make a classic telemea with tomatoes or something more complex.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures.
Allergens: Milk and milk products (including lactose).
Nutritional information / 100g product: energy value 243kcal, fats 19.9g of which saturated fatty acids 14.2g, carbohydrates 1.5g of which sugars 1.5g, protein 14.4g, salt 2.4g.
Other information: Store at 6 to 8 degrees Celsius.
