The fresh cow's cheese from Radesti is a certified traditional product, it respects the local recipe and the production method. The fresh cow's cheese from Radesti is a cheese obtained by coagulating non-standardized whole cow's milk (that is, we do not skim it), non-homogenized, we use freshly milked milk, we boil it slowly, in order to preserve the quality of the milk, we use natural veal curd, after which we put it in cheesecloths exactly as our grandparents used to do, to drain the whey. The churning (draining the whey) lasts about 12 hours after which the product it is kept cold until delivery. As you can see, this product contains only cow's milk and curd, thus being a 100% natural product.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, milk lactose.
