Product made from Trappist cheese, shaped, breaded, pre-fried, quickly frozen. The appearance is smooth, the coating sticks well, it is not tight and the layer is not too thick. Flexible consistency, well packed, does not come apart. After preparation, the product is not dry, and the coating is slightly crunchy.

Cook the frozen product in oil or fat at 170°C for 3-4 minutes in a pan or fryer. In the oven: bake the frozen product at 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Baking time and temperature may be different depending on the device. The packaging used complies with Regulation (EU) no. 1169/2011 and Regulation (EU) no. 1935/04 and does not present any danger for the food safety of the product. The product is packed in a film dedicated to La Masa, sealed at the bottom, top and back (vertical seal). The external color of the product is yellow to golden.

Ingredients: bread crust [crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, coloring (red pepper extract)], wheat flour, water, salt, red pepper mixture (red pepper powder, red pepper extract)], cheese Trappist (38%) (milk, salt, cultures, microbial rennet), water, sunflower oil, corn starch. Frozen product. 

Allergens: All consumer groups, with the exception of children under 1 year old and those allergic to gluten, celery.

Energy value: 1155 kJ/276 Kcal 14% Fats 14g, of which saturated fatty acids 6.3g, Carbohydrates 24g, of which sugars 0.9g, proteins 13g, salt 1.13g.

To be kept at a temperature of -18°C or lower, including at the time of consumption. Do not refreeze after defrosting!
