Description
Plafar chamomile tea, 50g.
Action: chamomile is a medicinal plant with important therapeutic properties (antispasmodic, diuretic, calming, antiseptic, healing). Chamomile tea helps to stimulate and facilitate digestion, increase appetite, is beneficial in the treatment of various dermatological conditions.
Ingredients: chamomile flowers - Chamomilla recutita Rauschert (Matricaria chamomilla L.) chamomile, Compositae family.
Method of preparation and administration: add 1 cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the plant, leave to infuse, covered, for 10-15 minutes, then strain and drink at room temperature. Consume 2-3 cups a day.
