Sage tea is often recommended by dentists for rinsing the teeth. It is an excellent anti-inflammatory and has a specific taste. It also speeds up slow digestion and calms you down. Every time you feel tired, Plafar sage tea will regulate your breathing and make you feel better.
Ingredients: stalks, leaves and inflorescences of sage - Salvia officinalis L., fam. Lamiaceae.
Method of consumption: internal - infusion. Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the product, cover for 10-15 minutes, then strain and consume at room temperature, unsweetened. External - concentrated infusion. 2 spoons of product to a cup of boiling water. Recommended: Internally 2-3 cups/day. External - gargle.
